Upload your source product feed — CSV or XML — to Localazy using the CLI. Configure localazy.json to map the translatable columns (title, description, product_type) and set the source language.

Once uploaded, manage translations through the Localazy platform using machine translation for a rapid first draft, Localazy AI for market-appropriate copy, or professional translators for quality-critical markets. Download per-language feed files when translations are approved and upload each directly to Google Merchant Center as a separate feed for the corresponding target language.

The most convenient way to translate e-shop product descriptions is to use a continuous translation service that can ensure your translations are always up-to-date and in sync with your shop inventory.

While it is definitely possible to pre-translate product descriptions using Machine Translation engines, you should also consider professional translation services to ensure top-quality product description translations.
