Spring has brought some fresh growth to Localazy with features designed to reduce manual work further and improve your translation workflows.
Let's dive into what's new!
⚙️ New Automations for reducing manual work 🔗
We've renamed "Automated Workflows" to "Automations," and the feature is now generally available to all Autopilot tier customers and above.
In your project, you can find it under the Tools in the menu.
Automations reduce manual work and keep your localization process running smoothly even when you're focused elsewhere. Watch the video below, where I will show you the first simple setup to automate your translations!
With Automations, you can set up rule-based actions that trigger automatically based on conditions you define.
Set up rules to:
- Pre-translate content using machine translations when new source strings are added
- Copy translations between languages
- Apply tags to content based on criteria
- Delete deprecated keys automatically
- ...and much more!
📒 DeepL integration now supports Glossary 🔗
We have a huge quality-of-life improvement for teams working mainly with machine translations.
Our DeepL integration now respects your Localazy Glossary for supported language pairs, ensuring consistent terminology.

What this means for you:
- No additional configuration is needed: If you already have a Glossary set up for your project, DeepL will automatically use it when generating translations from now on.
- Reduced post-editing effort: One of the biggest challenges with machine translation has been maintaining terminology consistency. Now, terms you've defined in your Glossary will be respected automatically, saving hours of manual corrections.
- Improved translation quality: By following your terminology preferences, DeepL translations will better align with your domain-specific language.
While other MT providers still don't respect glossary terms out of the box, DeepL now joins our OpenAI integration in supporting this crucial feature.
💜 Localazy plugin now supports Strapi v5 🔗
Our developers have completed the migration of the Localazy plugin for Strapi v5.
The new version maintains all the functionality you love while working seamlessly with Strapi's latest architecture.
