Malfini tailored a fit for their UI translations across 13 languages
Malfini is one of the largest distributors of promotional textiles in Europe, running a B2B e-shop in more than 35 countries. With that many markets to serve, their platform needs to work in dozens of languages far beyond the product catalog.
The Challenge
Malfini already had a solid workflow for translating their core e-shop content. What they lacked was a way to manage their UI text, such as buttons, SEO elements, and smaller strings that hold the platform together. With a growing list of languages to support and thousands of keys to track, doing this by hand internally had become unsustainable. They needed a dedicated tool built for exactly this kind of work.
The Solution
Malfini built their workflow around Localazy CLI and API. It starts in Figma, where the engineering team builds in English only. Once a feature ships, Localazy automatically pushes the keys (often before QA reviews the change). The translation team then checks them before they go to staging for final review, using style guides to keep industry terminology consistent.
Native speakers in each market review the finished version directly in production, with full context for how each language looks in action. This final polish catches the small details that matter most to local users without slowing down releases.
