Continuous Improvement (also CI, not to be confused with Continuous Integration in SW development) is a quality assurance process which makes sure that every time a mistake is made, there is a lesson learned for next time.

Culture of Continuous Improvement increases the quality of service or product in time and can result in increased efficiency.
