It depends on the current demand and expert availability. When you order the localization testing service in your dashboard, make sure to select the languages or markets you want to test through the dropdown form. We will do our best to cover 100% of your requirements.

Not necessarily. Our localization testing experts can work with a finished project or prep a testing scenario for you. For the latter, you’ll have to provide a rough idea of what you want to test.

The project doesn’t need to be available on Localazy, although having it hosted inside the platform has benefits like being able to implement the suggested changes right away. When filling out the initial request form, remember to choose the option “It’s not part of a Localazy project yet” in the first step. Describe your setup so we have all the necessary information from the get-go.

We can provide as many native experts as you need for the specific testing task: from just one person to a group of 10 or more. The more testers, the more precise the results.

Timelines vary depending on the chosen service/s. Testing typically requires a longer period than initial localization consulting and context creation, since multiple experts have to go through the chosen scenario and collect their findings.

You’ll be able to set deadlines beforehand during the first call with our localization manager. If you have a preference for ongoing updates or have an urgent deadline, let us know then and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
