How to translate Adobe Captivate content with Localazy?
To translate your Adobe Captivate content, please follow these steps:
- Duplicate Your Content:
- Duplicate the content you want to translate. Each duplicate becomes a translated version.
- For multiple languages, you can create a copy for each.
- Export Content as XML:
- Navigate to File > Export > To XML.
- Save the XML file to your computer.
- Create a Project in Localazy and Upload XML Files to Localazy:
- Sign up to your Localazy account.
- Create a new project and upload your files to Localazy.
- Fill in the necessary details such as project name, source language, and any specific settings.
- Translate with Localazy:
- Add the languages you want to translate your content into.
- You can now translate your content using the available tools in Localazy.
- Invite your team, use machine translations or order professional translations directly inside the platform.
- Download Translated XML Files:
- Once translations are completed, navigate to File Management section > Export & Download to save the translated files on your device.
- Import Translated Files Back to Adobe Captivate:
- Open the duplicate content you created in Step 1, go to File —> Import —> From XML., and import the translated XML file.
