Can I invite freelancers to my organization?

Yes. You can invite a freelancer to a single project with a project role (Translator, Trusted Translator, Reviewer, Manager, or Owner) or add them at the organization level as an Owner, Manager, Reviewer, or Translator, which gives them access to every project in your organization.

Trusted Translator is worth knowing for freelancers you already trust. Their translations skip the review step and get approved automatically, instead of going through it like a regular Translator’s submissions.

Organization-level access can still be fine-tuned per project afterward, so a freelancer working across multiple projects doesn’t need a separate role for each one, and you can still override their inherited role wherever it needs to differ.
