Why might Intercom languages fail to be detected by Localazy?

Due to limitations of the Intercom API, Localazy can only detect languages that have at least one draft article created in Intercom. To ensure your languages are detected:

  • Create at least one article draft for each language you want to translate
  • The draft can be empty - you don’t need to add any content yet
  • Once the draft exists, Localazy will be able to detect and work with that language

Make sure you’ve set up these draft articles in your Intercom account before connecting to Localazy.
