Localazy works with any documentation platform that uses Markdown, JSON, CSV, or other standard file formats. This includes static site generators like Docusaurus, VuePress, and GitBook, as well as platforms that export content through APIs.
If your documentation platform has an API, your developer can build a connector and use Localazy API to set up automatic syncing so translations update without manual file handling.
For platforms with direct integrations, Localazy connects with Intercom or Zendesk for support articles.
The platform also integrates with GitHub and GitLab, which many teams use to manage documentation repos. If you’re using a custom documentation system or a platform without a built-in connector, your developer can use webhooks to trigger translation updates whenever you publish new content.
The key thing is file format support rather than platform-specific integrations. If your documentation lives in Markdown files, JSON, or any of the 40+ formats Localazy handles, you can translate it. Your developer sets up the connection once using the CLI or API, then your content team can manage translations without touching code or files again.
